Stripe is seeking an experienced Regulatory Reporting Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the regulatory reporting processes for our stablecoin operations. You will work closely with our legal, compliance, and engineering teams to ensure that we meet all regulatory requirements and maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Manage and oversee the regulatory reporting processes for our stablecoin operations,Work closely with legal, compliance, and engineering teams to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations,Develop and implement regulatory reporting strategies and processes,Monitor and analyze regulatory reporting data to identify trends and risks,Ensure accurate and timely submission of regulatory reports to relevant authorities,Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices,Provide guidance and support to team members on regulatory reporting matters,Collaborate with external auditors and regulators as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field,5+ years of experience in regulatory reporting, compliance, or a related field,Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting requirements,Experience working with stablecoins or digital assets is a plus,Proficient in regulatory reporting tools and software,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
