Our facility in Canggu is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including electronic health records (EHR) systems like Epic and Cerner, and we utilize advanced diagnostic tools such as MRI and CT scanners. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the healthcare facility, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage a team of 15-20 healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
• Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
• Utilize EHR systems like Epic and Cerner to streamline patient records and improve data accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various departments.
• Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations management.
• Certification in Healthcare Management (CHM) or a similar credential is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing a team of healthcare professionals.
• Strong knowledge of EHR systems like Epic and Cerner.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA.
