📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage procurement activities, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials as needed.
• Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and implement improvement strategies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
• Analyze procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize supply chain processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related roles.
• Proficient in using procurement software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in procurement.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
