📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and respond to inquiries from prospective students and their families, providing accurate information about our school's programs and admissions process.
• Schedule and coordinate school tours, orientation sessions, and information meetings for prospective students.
• Assist with the admissions process, including document verification, application processing, and enrollment procedures.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to maintain and update our school's admissions database using CRM software such as Salesforce.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all prospective students and their families.
• Participate in school events and activities to build relationships with prospective students and their families.
• Stay updated on admissions policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Assist with the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract and enroll prospective students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in admissions, enrollment, or a related field in an educational institution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospective students and their families.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
