📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit customers' homes to collect payments and manage loan repayments
• Negotiate payment plans and resolve payment issues
• Provide financial education to customers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in collections or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Knowledge of financial products and services
• Familiarity with Home Credit Collection System (HCCS) or similar software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
