• Manage and optimize our online storefronts on Shopify and Magento platforms.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
• Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure business objectives are met.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our e-commerce operations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the online store team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in online store management, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
