📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
• Work closely with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Follow food handling and safety regulations to prevent foodborne illnesses.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking kitchen supplies as needed.
• Participate in kitchen maintenance and cleaning to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques to continuously improve food presentation and quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Familiarity with using kitchen equipment and tools, including grills, ovens, and fryers.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with using POS systems and kitchen management software.
