As an Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various aspects of sea freight operations, including booking, documentation, and customs clearance. You will work closely with our team in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung to ensure that our clients' cargo is handled with the highest level of professionalism and care.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the booking and scheduling of sea freight shipments using our in-house system and industry-standard tools like SeaStar and CargoWise.
• Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
• Coordinate with customs brokers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth customs clearance.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure they are on schedule and meet our clients' expectations.
• Assist in the resolution of any issues or delays that may arise during the shipping process.
• Provide excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their cargo is handled with care.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our sea freight operations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and efficiency in our operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sea freight operations or a related role.
• Familiarity with sea freight operations, including booking, documentation, and customs clearance.
• Proficient in using logistics software such as SeaStar, CargoWise, and other industry-standard tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
