📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide comprehensive prenatal and postnatal care to expectant mothers and newborns.
• Monitor and manage high-risk pregnancies, ensuring the health and safety of both mother and baby.
• Assist in the delivery process, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for mothers.
• Conduct newborn examinations and provide necessary care and vaccinations.
• Educate patients on prenatal and postnatal care, promoting healthy lifestyles and behaviors.
• Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement care plans for patients.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest advancements in maternal and child healthcare.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Licensed Midwife with a valid certification from the Indonesian Nursing Board.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maternal and child healthcare.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and their families.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic or similar.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
