Continuous Improvement Manager - Manufacturing & Logistics
Ethos Holding Company is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead cross-departmental initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness in our manufacturing, transportation, and logistics divisions. Based in Purwokerto, you will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement across our operations, leveraging data-driven insights and industry best practices.
In this role, you will work closely with team leaders and managers to identify areas for improvement, implement lean manufacturing principles, and streamline processes. You will also collaborate with our logistics and transportation teams to optimize supply chain operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

- Lead cross-departmental continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify areas for improvement, implement lean manufacturing principles, and streamline processes.
- Collaborate with logistics and transportation teams to optimize supply chain operations.

- Provide training and support to team members on continuous improvement methodologies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
- Proficient in using continuous improvement tools and software, such as Minitab, Six Sigma, or similar.
- Experience in logistics and supply chain management is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
