📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize business performance
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Excel
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and reliability
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analytics
• Mentor and train junior analysts and data scientists
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role
• Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and techniques
• Experience with SQL and other data manipulation tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Certification in data analytics or business intelligence is a plus
