📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition.
• Lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Leverage digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and HubSpot to track and optimize campaign performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in financial marketing.
• Measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate the impact of marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully driving marketing campaigns in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tools.
• Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in English and local languages is a must.
