📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store, including restrooms, stock rooms, and customer areas.
• Maintain all regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards, and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, assisting with inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Oversee maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades to store equipment and facilities.
• Manage inventory levels, including stocking, counting, and ordering new products as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and receipt of products.
• Assist with the organization and execution of store events, promotions, and special projects.
• Support the retail manager in the development and implementation of store policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail operations, facility management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with customers, vendors, and other team members.
• Familiarity with inventory management software, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move up to 20 kg of weight.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
