📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct routine inspections to identify and report any maintenance issues.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Assist in the implementation of energy-saving measures and sustainable practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of facility management software such as Facility Management Software or BIM.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations is a plus.
• Ability to travel to different sites as required.
