📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide primary healthcare services to employees, including medical consultations, treatments, and referrals.
• Administer vaccinations and manage the company's vaccination program.
• Conduct health screenings and wellness programs to promote a healthy workforce.
• Maintain medical records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with emergency medical situations and coordinate with local healthcare providers when necessary.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement health and wellness initiatives.
• Educate employees on health and safety practices.
• Participate in on-call duties to ensure continuous coverage for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Valid nursing license and certification from the relevant regulatory body.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with healthcare software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations and practices.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
