In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the lubricants used in our operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our machinery. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement lubricants management programs to ensure optimal performance and longevity of machinery and equipment.,Monitor and analyze lubricants usage, performance, and condition to identify areas for improvement.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of lubrication systems to prevent breakdowns and downtime.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Provide technical support and training to staff on lubricants selection, application, and maintenance.,Stay updated with the latest developments in lubricants technology and industry best practices.,Participate in emergency response and crisis management activities to ensure business continuity.,Contribute to the development and implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in lubricants management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of lubricants selection, application, and maintenance.,Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as API, ISO, and ASTM.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
