Port Gold Cemerlang is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Store Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, and providing excellent customer service. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage inventory levels, including stock taking, ordering, and reordering.,Process customer orders, manage returns, and handle customer inquiries.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Maintain accurate records of store transactions and financial activities.,Assist in organizing and participating in store promotions and events.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service to both online and in-store customers.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support promotional activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or retail role.,Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and inventory management systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is preferred.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
