📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation packages.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a remote or hybrid work environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is a plus.
