📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales tracking.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.,Monitor and report store performance metrics to the regional manager.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and management principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant retail management software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
