📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction by training and mentoring store staff.,Monitor store performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and issues professionally and promptly.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement store improvement initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the store remains competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail or hospitality role, with at least 1 year in a leadership position.,Proven track record of managing a team and driving store performance.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
