Glow Pearl Nusantara is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounting Staff to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the accounting processes, ensuring accurate financial records, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting and finance within a growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.,Process and verify invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.,Support the monthly and annual closing processes.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax returns.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Provide administrative support to the finance team.,Assist in the reconciliation of bank and cash accounts.,Participate in training and development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance.,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
