📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Oversee financial management, including budgeting, reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects to support overall business growth.,Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on branch performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successful branch management and team leadership.,Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with community development and social impact initiatives.,Proficiency in using office software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
