📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Administer and manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Coordinate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Support the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.,Provide administrative support to the HR department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
