In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the grinding, cutting, and finishing of metal components, using a variety of tools and equipment. Your daily tasks will include preparing work areas, operating machinery, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes, working closely with our experienced team to enhance efficiency and productivity.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the grinding, cutting, and finishing of metal components using various tools and equipment, including angle grinders, cut-off saws, and sanders.
• Prepare and maintain work areas, ensuring that all materials and tools are organized and readily available.
• Operate and maintain machinery, following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications, reporting any defects or issues to the supervisor.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and productivity enhancements.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily production targets and maintain high-quality standards.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of machinery, ensuring that all components are properly secured and maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in metal grinding, cutting, and finishing.
• Familiarity with a variety of grinding and cutting tools, including angle grinders, cut-off saws, and sanders.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations, with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions from supervisors.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates with relevant certifications or training in metalworking.
