📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the NOC, ensuring 24/7 network availability and performance.
• Manage and optimize the network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Implement and maintain network security protocols and measures.
• Monitor and analyze network performance using tools like PRTG, SolarWinds, and Nagios.
• Lead and mentor the NOC team, providing guidance and training.
• Coordinate with IT teams to resolve network issues and improve network reliability.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance network performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in NOC operations and network infrastructure management.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, security, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools like PRTG, SolarWinds, and Nagios.
• Proven track record of leading and managing NOC teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
