As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for increasing sales and market share by developing and maintaining key retail accounts. You will work closely with retail partners to understand their needs and provide them with the best possible solutions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain key retail accounts to increase sales and market share.,Visit retail partners regularly to understand their needs and provide them with the best possible solutions.,Promote and sell Bay Shop Group products and services to retail partners.,Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Participate in sales campaigns and promotions to drive sales growth.,Attend trade shows and exhibitions to network with potential retail partners.,Provide excellent customer service to retail partners and their customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or a related role.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with retail industry and sales techniques.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Ability to travel and work in various locations.
