📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and design appropriate training programs.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure the successful delivery of training programs.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide guidance and support to junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English is a plus.
