📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Support the HR Generalist in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, benefits, and leave information.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in organizing and facilitating training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the preparation of reports and data for HR metrics and KPIs.,Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Generalist.,Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR software.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Experience in a multicultural or international environment is a plus.
