📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure high standards of service and cleanliness.,Manage and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors and service providers.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local regulations and industry best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
