Oversee the operations of the assigned area, ensuring that all business activities run smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share in the assigned area.,Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives and support staff to achieve their targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met.,Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed, and that compliance with relevant laws and regulations is maintained.,Attend and participate in regular meetings with senior management to discuss business performance and strategies.,Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and establish new business relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
