📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting detailed analysis of parts inventory to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.,Developing and implementing strategies to optimize parts inventory levels, ensuring sufficient stock without excessive holding costs.,Collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to manage and forecast parts demand.,Monitoring and reporting on inventory performance, providing actionable insights to management.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures related to parts inventory management.,Assisting in the development and implementation of new processes and systems to improve inventory management.,Providing training and support to junior staff on parts inventory management practices.,Participating in cross-functional projects to support the overall goals of the distribution department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in parts inventory management or a similar role.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.,Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, Power BI, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management principles and practices.,Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
