Senior Finance Executive - Accounts Payable

Carleton ES is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Executive to join our team in Canggu, Bali. This role is crucial in managing our accounts payable processes and ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire accounts payable process, from invoice processing to payment approvals. You will work closely with our finance team to ensure all financial transactions are accurate and compliant with company policies and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the entire accounts payable process, including invoice processing, approvals, and payments.
• Ensure all financial transactions are accurate and comply with company policies and regulations.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate payment terms.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for the finance team.
• Monitor accounts payable aging and take corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices.
• Provide training and support to junior finance staff.
• Stay updated with the latest financial regulations and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using financial software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
