📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and procedures.,Reviewing financial statements, internal controls, and operational processes to identify areas for improvement.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Collaborating with various departments to understand their operations and identify potential risks.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control systems.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control procedures and compliance requirements.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date audit documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal control systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with auditing software and tools is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
