You’ll use industry-standard tools like FIZZ, SAS, and LabVIEW to analyze data and drive decisions. With 3-5 years of experience in food science or a related field, you’ll bring a fresh perspective to our R&D team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct sensory evaluations and taste tests to gather feedback on new food products.
• Develop and refine recipes using industry-standard software like FIZZ and SAS.
• Collaborate with chefs, nutritionists, and other team members to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Analyze data using LabVIEW to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in food science.
• Participate in product launches and market research to understand customer preferences.
• Ensure all products comply with food safety regulations and quality standards.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in food product development or a related role.
• Proficient in using FIZZ, SAS, and LabVIEW for data analysis and recipe formulation.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Fluency in English is a plus.
