Puskesmas Zahra Kitchen is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team. This is an immediate opening and we are seeking a highly motivated individual to manage our fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and fleet management, with excellent organizational and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Ensure that all vehicles are maintained and serviced according to manufacturer's specifications and company policies.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure safe and efficient transportation of goods and personnel.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and ensure that all vehicles are refueled according to schedule.,Investigate and resolve any issues or concerns related to the fleet, such as accidents, breakdowns, or maintenance problems.,Prepare and maintain accurate records of all fleet activities, including vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Ensure that all drivers are properly trained and certified, and that they adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.,Work closely with other departments, such as procurement and accounting, to ensure that fleet operations are aligned with company goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Experience in managing a fleet of vehicles in a similar industry is a plus.
